Shawn is passionate about helping people achieve lifestyle and financial freedom investing in vacation homes. He loves to share his years of experience with new and experienced investors alike. If you don't catch him at the office, he will be spending time with his wife and two kids most likely on a river, beach or mountain somewhere where phones and computers don't work.

Jeff enjoys strategizing with investors to explore if building a short-term rental portfolio is a good fit to help them reach their financial and lifestyle ambitions. Jeff and his wife Jessica were two of Vodyssey's first students and continue to build their short-term rental portfolio throughout the southeast and midwest. Jeff loves to cook and when he is not working you will likely find him in the kitchen or in the pit perfecting his next competition BBQ entry. Jeff, Jessica and their kids Jade & Milo split their time between Atlanta, the Florida panhandle and Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri.

While life is typically romantic dates with her husband in cold hockey rinks watching mini-mites practice or schlepping their two littlest boys around, occasionally she finds time to pursue some favorite activities like hiking, biking, and traveling - but is equally likely to be found hiding in a bubble bath with a book and glass of wine after the littles are in bed!
